Then lost all Alexa functionality and now doesn’t work at all through C&J app. Help please. ### 4/5 — Pretty good …but *2026-01-13, version 1.0.2* Worked well for careers then suddenly wouldn’t connect to Alexa. Keeps saying fire is unresponsive yet it works with the app. I’ve tried re linking and many other things but it won’t work through my Alexa app or my unit. I have tried updating, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, reconnecting to my network, and rebooting the fireplace itself, but it still doesn’t work. ### 5/5 — Great little app *2025-07-23, version 1.0.2* Works well with my Opulus fire. Would be good to have even more options - control flame speed, adjust colour strength, flame size etc. Although there are many flame options, I just like the small, reddish flame one.
