Connected to WiFi nothing works can’t even change the useless temp from F to C!!!

Only worked the first time then stopped after that. Brand new fireplace too.

There are numerous functions of my fireplace that can only be controlled by the app, not the remote, but the app stopped working after about a month and now I can’t even change the temperature units to Fahrenheit, let alone do cool things with the color of the fuel bed and the flames. I have tried updating, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, reconnecting to my network, and rebooting the fireplace itself, but it still doesn’t work.

This app was so convenient to operate my fireplace. About 12:45 in the morning it went off line and I haven’t been able to get it to work since. Definitely needs an upgrade

Was working great until the turn of the year. Then lost all Alexa functionality and now doesn’t work at all through C&J app. Help please.

Worked well for careers then suddenly wouldn’t connect to Alexa. Keeps saying fire is unresponsive yet it works with the app. I’ve tried re linking and many other things but it won’t work through my Alexa app or my unit. 

Shame as it’s a decent fire and I like it to turn off when I say goodnight to Alexa.

Works well with my Opulus fire. Would be good to have even more options - control flame speed, adjust colour strength, flame size etc. Although there are many flame options, I just like the small, reddish flame one. Very pleased with my fire overall.
