## What is C1B?

C1B is a caregiving log and planning tool. Keep the important details together for yourself or someone you support, from daily routines to appointments, notes, medications, and care history.

Use C1B to:
- Track medications, treatments, vitals, meals, fluids, sleep, hygiene, activity, symptoms, tasks, notes, and appointments
- Build daily care checklists from reusable templates
- Mark care items as done, in progress, pending, delayed, skipped, cancelled, and more
- Review care history, photos, notes, appointments, timelines, and day plans
- Share care profiles with trusted family members or helpers
- Export care history and day plans as PDFs for care conversations or printed handoffs
- Discover insights with charts and summaries from the care records you enter
- Support for Home Screen widgets, Apple Watch, and Shortcuts for quick access to daily care

Care records can include sensitive details. C1B stores your care records on your devices and may sync them through Apple iCloud/CloudKit when available. C1B has no ads, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and no selling of your data.

- Care planning more than 3 days ahead

C1B Unlimited is a one-time purchase. Unlimited unlocks the same premium features as C1B Plus, including new Plus features as they launch, without a recurring subscription renewal.

To read or update a shared care profile, each participant needs C1B Plus or C1B Unlimited, unless access is provided through eligible Apple Family Sharing. Prices and available plans are shown in the App Store before purchase and may vary by region.

# Subscription and Purchase Terms

Purchases are billed through your Apple Account. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. C1B Plus subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual duration unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid period. C1B Unlimited is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

C1B does not receive or store your full payment card information. Subscription management, billing, receipts, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple through your Apple Account.
