I loved this app but Synology have just announced that it is nearing its end of life and that it will be discontinued in the next year… so I am reluctantly looking for an alternative:-(

Exemple changement sous windows ne se mets pas a jour sur telephone ?

Hi there, your password manager is much better than the one from apple itself. You can set tags and customize it sometimes better. What is really annoying is the fact, that no pure MacOS version is available. Apple did a better job here. Password app from Apple is as an app available also on a mac. This is, why it only gets 4 stars instead of 5.

Tolle App, allerdings finde ich es schade, dass mit dem letzten Update die Übersicht über die Kategorien entnommen wurde; ich hoffe, das wird nochmal zurückgedreht.

19.04.2025 seit Einführung der App im Jahr 2021 fehlt immer noch einiges in der App. Synology bitte etwas mehr Engagement einbringen 😁

1. PassKey fehlt 
2. PIN, E-Mail als Vorlage fehlt
3. Benutzer kann auch eine E-Mail oder auch Kundennummer sein. Das Feld Benutzer kann nicht Umbenannt werden. 
3. kein Ablaufdatum Option
4. Felder Einordnung nicht anpassbar 
5. „Einladung in Ihren C2 Password Plus-Plan bestätigen“ wenn ich auf den Bestätigungslink in der E-Mail klicke, dann wird die Webversion von C2 Password aufgerufen und nicht die App auf dem Smartphone, mit welcher man schon angemeldet ist. Das geht heutzutage smarter. 
6. eine App für macOS fehlt. 
7. echter Dark Mode (schwarzer Hintergrund) nicht vorhanden 
8. Benutzerdefinierte Felder haben keinen Kopier Butten

Super, dass Anhänge wie PDFs und Andere hinzugefügt werden können und auch direkt in der App angezeigt werden 👍🏻

Cumple en casi todos los aspectos, a veces no reconoce bien los campos usuario-contraseña de algunas webs pero en la gran mayoría de ocasiones funciona bien. Lo único mejorable es que, en lugar de copiarse el código TOTP al portapapeles, se autorrellene como la contraseña cuando se requiera, tal como ya hacen otras alternativas como Proton Pass (mucho más limitada en el plan gratuito) o iCloud Passwords (cuya integración está algo limitada en dispositivos no Apple).

También sería interesante implementar el uso de Passkeys.

Ich nutze nun einige Zeit C2 und bin grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden. Da ich dies mit meiner Frau zusammen nutze (getrennte und gemeinsamer store) ist dies ein echter Mehrwert.
Machmal funktioniert das Ausfüllen auf dem iPhone (16pro) nicht, z.B. wenn man in einem Shop per Paypal (Chrome Webbrowser) zahlen möchte, dann bleibt der Bildschirm schwarz und man kann sich nicht anmelde!

Bisher vermisse ich es „Passkeys“ speichern / nutzen zu können.

Zudem wäre eine Native Windows App wünschenswert und schließe mich einigen anderen an… Hosting auf der eigene NAS wäre ein super Sache!

They cut me off from all my passwords already and we are supposed to have a full year still. Their support is handled by complete morons. And Im polite to them. Im just saying it how it is here. Makes me reconsider using this company for NAS products like theyre known for. God forbid i ever have an issue with that. So disappointed it Synology.

The design of this app looks great, it has functionality, being able to create different vaults would be nice, but what I can not understand at all is that being crated by synology, a NAS company, how does this app rely on their server rather than our NAS servers that we bought and own! Please, PLEASE! Allow us to use our own NAS to store and sync our passwords, you would gain thousands of new users and sales!

Ne faites pas la même erreur que moi, n’utilisez pas ce gestionnaire de mot de passe. 
Il est d’impossible d’exporter vos mots de passe sous un format CSV lisible par d’autres gestionnaire de mot de passe. Vous serez donc bloqué avec cette application ou contraint de tout ressaisir manuellement.

The idea is great but the implementation is terrible. The green "three dots" overlays constantly prevent you from logging into almost all self hosted addresses and accessing sites once they work. Performance is also slow with tens of seconds needed to fill websites.
