The menu screen has to be the most counterintuitive nonsense known to mankind. Impossible to create an invoice to get paid. Had to submit it manually. Still didn’t get paid as my BACS didn’t match. I logged in and they did, so something’s amiss with the system. I don’t know who designed this and said “yes this works perfectly”, but they seem to have designed this with crayons. Awful app. AVOID. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-06-12, version 8.9.2* Have been told to use this app to submit entertainment invoices to Stonegate. No way to do it. When trying to create a shift, it defaults to the nearest Stonegate pub with no option to select another. Absolutely no guidance from Opus/C247. PDF emailed out from them absolutely useless. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Also they may have information given to them form the company without permission from who the information belongs to, like name, emails address, contact details and even bank details.
