Currently unable to add a new code user. Tested with iPhone13ProMax iOS17 ### 1/5 — No Support ! Does Not Work. *2023-03-08* I thought the original K3 app was bad, this one is even worse. We can’t use our locks because the app will not allow any changes and it is the only interface available. App shuts down when you press info. Several attempts to contact support with zero replies or help. ### 1/5 — Horrible App! Useless! *2023-02-25* By the far worse app ever! Also worst customer service as well! Don’t use this company or app!! Horrible!! It doesn’t work and there’s no help in IT dept at all!!! ### 1/5 — Utter failure *2023-02-20* Half of our overall staff can’t get this app to load on their phones.
