This app is buggy which is unacceptable for a healthcare setting. We are dealing with patients in need and I can’t hear the alerts, nurses can’t send me messages at times, it crashes all the time.  Design-wise the font is hard to read in the messages sometimes. Feels like we’re beta testing it for them. Not helpful for a physician on call.

Many design flaws. No subject line, unable to see if message read, logs out for various reasons,  notifications not consistently notifying.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. It’s like you asked someone who never used a messaging system before to design a secure messaging system but to make it full of bugs and defects.

Terrible app.  I’m a physician.  Can’t parse text with special characters such as “&”.  Difficult to set up.  Unclear if it even notifies whomever you’re messaging with.

This app is awful !!!   
It pings when you don’t have a message
(My office manager confirms this)
They have NO product support after office outs(which is when you need this app the most).

Every time I use this app I have to reset my password. This is the worst call service and app I have ever used. Half the time they just send a message app and half the time hey call text and send a message app, there is no consistency.

This is a great concept, however as it stands, the app is buggy. It logs you off if you try to change from the message screen to the menu. Some providers complain of not getting notifications from the call center, even though the call center has clear logs of having sent the message through. Needs improvements to fulfill its potential.

this app was working fine on my iphone now it doesn’t even let me log in but it works perfectly fine on android
