The first time I downloaded the app and then downloaded the brand data within the app, it worked just fine, but the second time I tried to use it, it didn't work at all.

It doesn’t work. Literally. You can’t look up anything. Just update the pdf and put it back on your website.

This app doesn't work. Every time I search anything it shows 0 matches.

I had this on another gone and when I updated it to new phone.  Nothing works.   Was a great app.  It says updated successfully, says it’s in sync and nothing opens.  Try to get app support and that impossible.  
Wish it would work again.  Does anyone else have a problem and has the app developer answer any reviews.  
What do we do about this

Would be better if you could just see the entire list, rather than being required to search (tho you can search nothing and see the first 1000 symbol ones), but the app *does* work. Previous reviews are wrong.

This app works as intended. You have to install the app and when you open it, click “Update Brand Data” to pull up any brands.
