Spins for minutes, then alerts that this ticket won't scan. By the time I finished scanning, I could have looked them up and checked myself, which I am starting to do now instead. The check a ticket feature is broken. After scanning a ticket, the app doesn’t let you go back and scan more tickets unless you choose the scan more option directly after scanning a ticket. If we don’t choose the scan more option, we can’t go back to scanning more tickets later. Something is bugged here. We have to close the app and reopen it to get it working again. I have no idea how this even app even passed a simple QC check. Something to notify us, because I have to do a search in my email every so often to see if I’ve won. I’m always afraid I’m going to miss it when I do win, because I just know one day it will be my turn !
