### 1/5 — CA DOJ needs to update their info

Just received email with instructions to download this app (3/15/2023). When I follow their instructions, I’m told that the OTP has expired and I should “contact Customer Care,” which would be easier if instructions on THAT were provided by either the app or the DOJ. If it is no longer in use, and has been migrated to something else, shouldn’t ONLY the updated version be available? Why send new users down this rabbit hole?

It's not perfect my bank told me to use this app but they generate only 6 digit OTP as per my bank they need more than 6 digit OTP SO BASICALLY USLESSS ;(

Super easy to use. Deleting accounts isn't very intuitive, but easy enough to figure out. The major complaint with the app is when you try to create a PIN and leave the application, the account gets created without a PIN. This makes the account unusable and now you have to delete it and start over.
