I passed the test, however; it had nothing to do with this this app. None of the questions were remotely close, I just winged it because I’m smart and passed it! This app is the absolute worst!

I cancel subscription but it shows active for another month! I could not fill out form for the refund!

Blue Meadows has four lots so the answer was wrong

### 5/5 — Great App but has a few incorrect answers.

Again, I really like this App. I must bring up the fact that I have identified 3 incorrect answers. I am not so much concerned with poor sentence structure which can be confusing when reading a question. That is something that always happens on practice tests to some extent. But when they state something that is flat out wrong that is a bigger problem. One example was a question on Purchase Loans in relation to discount points. This App incorrectly states that a buyer can deduct their discount points from the Purchase loan amount that started at $500,000, but then was reduced to $485,000 because the Lender Charged 3 Discount points. ($15,000). This is 100% False! Discount Points are paid outside of closing and have no bearing on the final loan amount. While closing costs are allowed to be deducted from the Loan amount on refinances, where the home is already owned, this is never allowed on Purchases. I have been in Mortgage Lending for over 20 years. I have notified the App team and hopefully they will correct the questions/ answers right away. It would be unfortunate if someone failed by a question or two based on incorrect answers.
