【手机存证，方便证书管理】
不再依赖USB key实体锁作为CA存储介质，将CA数字证书融入移动客户端，通过“华润守正移动CA”APP即可使用数字证书，还可精准转让、灵活授权使用人，规避因实体锁混用或丢失以影响业务交易的情况。

【掌上申办，提高交易效率】
只需一部智能手机即可完成证书申领业务流程，免去资料邮寄、现场办理等繁琐步骤。通过手机扫码实现交易过程中电子签章、数据加解密等功能，促进交易高效进行。

【安全认证，规范交易行为】
