CAA Connect® is a free driving monitor app from CAA Insurance Company available to CAA connect customers in Ontario that can help you save up to 15% on your current car insurance renewal. Plus, you’ll save 5% just for signing up. The Connect App automatically detects your car’s movements, tracks your trip and provides scores based on your driving habits to help you save more on your car insurance.  
 
Plug in your in-vehicle device and download the app to start driving smarter and get rewarded with reduced insurance rates.
 
Features and benefits include:
• Driving score – A higher score could mean better insurance rates.

• Trip logs – View previous trips, track score improvements and trends.

You have to sign in every time you open the app then the second you sign in the app crashes and closes on you so you can’t even see/do anything in the app. Such a waste of time

Can’t create account until policy active. Trend charts don’t actually show anything. Have to login every time I open app. Nothing posted to show potential discount savings vs current score. Account creation in the app is a nightmare. Anyone wanting to create an account right away without the policy being active AND the device shipping notification being received, the app will crash when you try and create an account. Also generates wacky web browser error if you try and do it on web site before device has shipped.

Complete trash. I have been trying to create account for a week now. Every time I try the app crashes but I get an email saying that it was created successfully but my credentials don't work. When I try to recover/change the password the process fails. By far the worst app I have ever come across.

I was very hesitant to download this app because of it’s rating but i want to know what my driving score is… when i entered my information as alrready a caa member, its telling me that “I am already a member of a different caa club, pls visit your caa website”
When i selected I am not already a member… the registration won’t go through, cannot be completed. Wasting my time. App deleted, not keeping any trash app on my phone.

Requires entry of my policy number multiple times tells me it’s already in but continues to ask me for it  -  fix this error!  Cannot get into app because of this.
