Just keep looping me to add login information then doesn’t login over and over again keeps going back to main page I cannot get it. CAA is a big company I expected better from them. Deserves 0 Stars ### 1/5 — Critical Deficiencies *2025-11-14* The CAA MyPace program is great in itself, but the app and web portal are so poorly designed that it takes away from providing any convenience to the end user. There are no options to export trips (which may be required for tax purposes). User beware: if you want to update your credit card information, it will require you to move to a brand new policy! With that, you will no longer be able to access your trip logs, and the support team will have to *screenshot* their system to get you that information. The app and browser login will not tell you that your credentials entered are from caa.com instead of MyPace. Why can’t they consolidate them?? You will eventually spend over 1 hour on calls with different departments to get you set back up, because their telephone menu is so misleading. The CSRs are nice and unfortunately have to work with these deficient systems. Sometimes it brings you back to the main page every time you try to login. It’s just so inconvenient. Especially the fact that the app requires that you enter your 15 digit membership number each and every time you try to login, I’m not sure why it doesn’t offer the option to remember our user info!!!????? The App is so primitive it’s not even funny! I entered in username and password and it just stays on a blank blue screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same issue. Reading other reviews I’m not the only one experiencing this. Very annoying during the sign up process! Also, the app doesn't remember that you previously logged in and forces you to log back in every single time.
