I had scheduled booking before 6 hrs & it got cancelled , recd msg before 35 mins of scheduled time . But they couldn’t send another cab during d course . Their uniqueness was their price , but now Ola n uber n Indrive matches d price or max more by 10% only . ### 3/5 — Good product, Buggy app *2024-12-25, version 3.5* I’ve been using Cab E for a few years and I understand new apps have glitches and it’s a work in progress. However your last update is terrible. I hit “forget password” and it says my number is wrong. How could it be? It doesn’t give me an email option to change it either. So now I’ve been locked out of my own account and can’t use cab-e vehicles anymore. Please fix it ### 3/5 — Good quality cars, but the most pathetic app *2024-03-19, version 2.0* Good quality cars, but the worst app ever. Pathetic user experience. Tired of the app crashes. Non existent customer care. ### 1/5 — Scammers don’t take this *2024-03-04, version 2.0* They will show the estimated charges for the ride through their app based on this when you take a ride, their app will generate far more charges than they quoted. If you ask for the refund they will refuse it. Where as if you take uber their app is accurate and shows correct estimated charges for ride. Don’t opt for this service. It’s worst. ### 3/5 — App not upto the mark *2024-02-22, version 1.9* Hi, Fares are comparatively lower compared to other cab service providers but if you’ve to immediately go somewhere then it’s not recommended as cab takes around 20mins to arrive. Also, the app doesn’t show the live location of driver nor the location where cab is at present Only once driver enters otp it shows that app has reached your location and once the drive completes the trip thatb point the app will directly show your destination location Need to work a lot on the app itself. Hoping these issues gets fixed in the future updates ### 2/5 — Customer review *2024-02-03, version 1.9* There is no customer service. No one picks the phone number they have given plus the customer service email is does no exist. Over that if you want a cab you will have to book it a hour or so before the trip to have a chance to get a cab. I was charged higher than the amount quoted when booking the cab. Price is Lower than other cab services still there is no such thing as customer support. Once tried online after ending trip payments done but cab-e never reflects. Lost money two times. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2023-12-27, version 1.2* I had added money in my Cab-E wallet , but it is not showing and amount is already deducted from my bank account, I tried to call them also I dropped a email regarding this issue but it’s been almost a week they are not responding on customer care and even via email. Its really pathetic. Please don’t add money and don’t use cabe. Driver also take 30 mins to reach location always. These guys don’t even deserve 1 star. ### 1/5 — Highly Unprofessional *2023-11-03, version 1.2* Highly unprofessional attitude of the drivers. They accept the booking and don’t come. For all my bookings, I waited till 30 mins. Can you believe waiting for 30 mins in a city like Mumbai. The drivers never moved an inch. The in built call facility never works. I wonder how do people travel in these cabs. This service deserve negative rating. Do not even deserve a single star. Pathetic !!! Unfortunately the app is pathetic . It lacks even basics like tracking of cab. You can’t even chat properly . It’s a shame as I really liked the cabs much better and well maintained than Uber or Ola. Please fix this ### 1/5 — No Cabs always *2025-02-24, version 3.6* There r hardly any cabs. 1 out of 10 times cabs get assigned. 9 times cabs not available despite booking 1 day in advance. When spoke to drivers many have left due to poor company policies and there are hardly any cabs. Uber is better ### 1/5 — Bad customer service *2025-02-07, version 3.5* They have an option of scheduling a cab, but once you schedule you don’t know if the cab has been scheduled or not, even at the point when the scheduled time arrives you don’t get any updates nor a cab. ### 1/5 — Non reliable Cab services *2025-01-09, version 3.5* It’s the worst cab service. Even after assigning a driver and getting a trip ID, the driver doesn’t show up gives reasons for not coming and pickup. Out of 10 trips 9 trips they fail to allot a cab driver and if by chance booking is assigned the driver doesn’t show up especially in morning time slots. It’s a record. ### 1/5 — Don't rely on cab-e. *2024-10-30, version 3.4* Firstvitbws cheap. But now they are as costly as other cab service operators. The worst part is that they don't accept the bookings , the Admin has a track record of cancelling the bookings 98% out of 10 bookings 9 bookings aren't done. Should not rely on them for early morning bookings. ### 1/5 — Poor App for IOS users *2024-08-21, version 3.2* Not a user friendly app for IOS users. Tried multiple time to add funds in wallet using various UPI wallets/Net Banking but no success. Finally added funds using UPI. When I booked a cab with option of using funds from wallet then it didn’t allowed. I had to pay driver using other payment method. My money is stucked in wallet but there is no option of transferring it back to my bank. The no. which r mentioned just ring n nobody attend. Thrice I booked scheduled cabs but online the booking vanishes n no intimation. I parked money in their wallet n there is no chance to withdraw. The cab drivers are polite and call 30 mins before a scheduled trip to let me know that they are on the way.
