I used the app for couple of years and seen it go from poor to a little bit better.
But with the last update it keeps asking me to trust my device, I enter the confirmation information to trust my device then nothing happens, and now I’m stuck!
Please fix it!

I’ve logged in from my mac, from the beginning I was using my iPhone for accessing the app, after I used it on mac I couldn’t log in from my phone it says” device isn’t registered for this service”. One more thing is that I am a Jordanian and I have opened my account in Jordan whenever I choose jordan then the touch id it shows an error but when use Palestine it logs in perfectly, this procedure done on mac on my iPhone for both it shows the same error up above.
Please fix it.

السلام عليكم.  اولا نعرف سياسة البنوك لكن لماذا لا يكون هناك تسهيلات اكثر وتوثيق اكثر للمغتربين. عشان فصل خط انترنت من اورانج تريدون وكالة خاصة ارسالها لاحد الاقارب. هذا تعقيد ما بعدة تعقيد. في شي اسمة توثيق الكتروني يعني بتحكو معي فيديو وانا ماسك الجواز وتتاكدو انة انا الشخص الصحيح من ١٥ سنة موجود. نحن كمغتربين مش فاضيين نضل رايحين جايين عالسفارة عشان معاملة تخلص بثانية.

رح اغير حساب البنك من ورا التطبيق، مش طبيعي، كل شهر لازم تغير الباسورد، الدخول عن طريق بصمة الوجه كل شهر بتبطل تشتغل، بتغير الباسورد ، بعد يومين بتنساه، بطلعلك انه الباسورد ال custom غير موجود شكلهم بسجلوا الباسورد من دون ما يشفروه اصلا، بطيء ، لما تحول فلوس مش دايما بطلعوا الخيارات للتحويل، سيء جدا جدا

If you used to log in then you could not after the last update just delete the first zero in your user name number and insert the rest of the numbers.

It took me a while to know, I don’t know why I wasn’t notified in some way by the bank.

The finger print identification was my suggestion for a long time and I’m glad to see it practiced.

I couldn’t use western union to transfer money to Palestine, its says the beneficiary country which is “Palestine Authority”  is different than the picked destination which is predefined as “Palestine”.
