🚨 CAB9 Warning – Gross Negligence, Misleading Promises, and Financial Loss 🚨

If you’re considering using Cab9, think twice. I lost over £9,000 due to their platform’s shocking security failure. My Stripe API keys were leaked, and the money was stolen through unauthorised transactions. When I raised this with Cab9, they initially reassured me I wouldn’t lose a penny. But now that the money is gone? They’re completely ignoring me — no emails, no calls, no responsibility.

One of their managers (name is publicly available online) even had the audacity to bully me, saying I shouldn’t mention him publicly. But he’s the one who personally promised I’d be protected, and now he’s disappeared when I need help.

Then it got even worse:
He called me and claimed he has a friend at Stripe who could help recover the money. I was hopeful, but when I contacted this so-called Stripe “friend,” the man said he’s just a salesperson, and has nothing to do with investigations, security, or payments. So what kind of help was that supposed to be?

It felt like a setup — like I was being manipulated or misled, possibly by people who are involved in something far more serious than just bad customer service. The behaviour here is deeply suspicious. In my opinion, it raises serious concerns about organised internal wrongdoing. I genuinely believe there is criminal negligence or worse happening inside Cab9, and this should be investigated.

To top it off, they even tried to blame Vonage, claiming that’s how the hack happened. But Vonage’s own breach occurred two months after my incident — so clearly, the issue is within Cab9’s own system or staff.

DO NOT trust this company with your business, your data, or your money. Their platform is insecure, their team is evasive, and their ethics are nonexistent.

If you value your business, avoid Cab9 at all costs.

The app hal loads if errors and has huge refreshes times is working very hard and the customer app is horrible is messing the drivers and the operators and the customers
