I couldn’t even get started. The app crashed and when it did finally open again, it wanted to send me a code but would not allow me to scroll down to see or accept anything. I tried everything I could think of to make it work. It wouldn’t work so, unfortunately, I had to delete it.

I love this app! The information on it is so great for my mental wellbeing. Going to the live groups gives me so much mental clarity to be my best self. 11/10 recommend trying it and you won’t know how you used to live without it!

I love that Cabana has groups everyday and that they are always adding new ones. I always come out of a group feeling better than I did before.

I love how Cabana offers so many live groups that I can drop into when I need to work through something or focus on myself (for a change). The moderators are “real” people too, and I love the  authenticity they bring to Cabana.

Cabana has become a clutch app for me when I’m stressed and not sure where to go.  I try to attend a live group once or twice a month - sometimes I talk but not always.  It’s been really helpful and I have a few moderators that I really like (#teamJake).  I’m always surprised at how much better I feel from just a 20-30 minute group.   Thanks for making a cool app.

Those who work in a company that offers Cabana as a benefit are fortunate. Cabana offers so many opportunities to feel better about yourself and reduce your stress. It gives you a good feeling, and I like that.
