"You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, distribute, reproduce in any way, talk about, make fun of in private, translate to other languages to make fun of or talk about or other reasons, your content or our content that exists or will exist. You grant us the right to sub-license, transfer or sell our rights to all content, and we retain the right to sue for infringement of these rights for damages and whatever else the law allows."

Keep in mind location tracking has to be enabled even when not using the app. 

"You also will pay our legal expenses regardless of win/loss or merit of your case."

That can't be legally enforceable can it?

It was little wacky but I got a ride I usually get for 15 for 6. Driver was so friendly that I had to tip.

Didn't think it would work, but got a ride and got a good price. Cheaper than uber and a little weird how you get bids but it worked.

There is now an app to get a legal cab in Pittsburgh!!!! Worked great! My driver called within 30seconds of my request.
