Once the app requests a mobile number for verification and the a number is entered it keeps saying “Internal error” and crashes. Tried several times and gave up.

Booked a taxi a few days in advanced!! Didn’t even turn up, when enquired about when they would arrive they didn’t have a clue! Totally screwed up our night. They didn’t even care either. Useless company will never use again

Booked a cab 5 hours in advance from the Train Station using app.
Booking was confirmed.
There was no cab sent, when I phoned them they said they were too busy to send me one causing an hours walk home in the snow and Ice.
Won’t use this again, not even a courtesy message so I could have made other arrangements

Awful. You book a Taxi for a set time, sometimes hours in advance and they’ll still be 20+ minutes late.

The Cabco app is bringing me joy. It is both mobile friendly and easy to use. Tracking my car and booking my taxi in advance and in case of demand is possible, and I can also add multiple stops. 
Always find drivers who are friendly and welcoming.
