I’ve had to download the bank app to get the information. It gives the option to connect a card to it but it tells me my card is already on it. Other than that the app is great. ### 4/5 — Almost great *2026-07-03, version 26.6.3* Through the updates the last couple of years the app’s dashboard has made it difficult to access the set temp, set smoke, and graph buttons at the bottom of the iPhone screen. I’m using the newest Apple software so it’s not. My platform. It is just poorly designed. As an example, while I’m using the app, it has a pop-up at the top asking me if I would like to download the app. There is no back button to go back to your search so you have to start your search all over again. The app will not let me sign it. I have tried multiple different sign in buttons and it loads for 1 second and then nothing happens. I JUST ( as in before writing this review ) attempted to search for fishing poles on the app and it said there were no items that matched that description. App is very buggy. Please fix it. I love Cabela’s, but this is easily one of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had. ### 1/5 — App is terrible. *2026-07-03, version 26.6.3* Final straw. Signing into the app, it requires 2FA. Then popped up and said “we’ll need to verify another way” mind you, this was after entering the correct password, then entering the code as sent. Twice I had to log in, and still it said I wasn’t signed in. Chinese JUNK ### 1/5 — Horrible app for Cabelas Smokers!! *2026-01-04, version 25.11.2* This app is good for shopping. I bought a Cabelas smoker, which is branded as Cabelas but is made by Camp Chef. The Cabelas app for shopping is the same app you use for their WiFi grills/smokers. SUPER DUMB to have it in the shopping app. It’s super clunky and disconnects constantly. Plus, to get in the app you have to be logged in to the Cabelas shopping app and then navigate your way to the cooking section. Terrible!! Just get a separate damn app for crying out loud, that is just for the smokers! I love my smoker but this will make me buy a different brand if the Cabelas smokers don’t go a different route for their app. ### 1/5 — Not great *2025-12-05, version 25.11.2* Glitches way too much!!! ### 1/5 — Have to delete an email every time I login *2025-11-22, version 25.11.2* Refloated the Cabela app on my new phone can't use pass key. The app tells me to look at my browser. My browser is empty no page loaded. Every other app just creates its own pesky. What is wrong with Cabelas? ### 1/5 — A Terrible App Without Redeeming Qualities. *2025-10-10, version 25.9.2* Some of the items can’t be purchased from the app; they have to be purchased from the mobile site so it keeps flipping back and forth from app to mobile website, signing me out, requiring two different codes, and clearing my cart. They should just put out a catalog so you could “send away” for your items mail order.
