Has lots of potential to work well. ### 2/5 — App needs a new transmission *2025-11-09, version 2.3.5* So so much potential in this app. I find the only two things that work consistently and very well are outfit of the day and your closet updated with the things you bought this season. I love CAbi and I am a loyal customer but please hire a tech person maybe on a consultation basis to clean and speed up this app. I would be happy to give more specific details. I think you would increase sales exponentially if you fine tuned this app. Other people online are selling a rudimentary version of this and y’all’s is so much better. It just needs some help. I love CAbi ### 2/5 — So Much Potential *2025-10-24, version 2.3.5* This would be such an amazing tool if it had better performance. It is slow, often crashes, and can’t seem to handle an account that has a big CAbi closet. In the very beginning , the Looks Tab was amazing. So many ideas. Now with a bigger CAbi closet, it takes forever to load, or just freezes the App. Hope the performance is improved. We really all want to love it and use it! ### 2/5 — Impossible to update closet *2025-06-29, version 2.3.4* I wish this app worked, it could be so useful. But it doesn’t. It is extremely slow too unresponsive. When I click on the X to remove something from my closet in the app, 9 times out of 10 it instead brings me to the detail for that item, over and over and over. And every time I go back to the closet from the item detail it goes back to the top of the closet, so I have to scroll down to find the same item again and try again to remove it, usually unsuccessfully. I gave up. The closet feature is useless without being able to update it as I get rid of things. I am really disappointed in this app. ### 2/5 — Lacking but has potential *2025-06-11, version 2.3.4* The buttons are slow, unresponsive, or imprecise. The app overall is slow, which is really annoying during shows when I’m trying to tap favorites or see what might work with my current pieces. I love the concept of the closet but the “wear now” tool for each item primarily shows me pieces I don’t own, which defeats the purpose. I want to mix and match what I already have and not scroll through what is essentially a sales pitch. The back button is also maddening, it always takes you back to either the top of the catalog or the top of your closet, not where you left off before opening an item’s description. For a higher end product line I would expect a better app. ### 3/5 — Spins and won’t load *2025-04-27, version 2.3.4* This app could be an amazing tool but it has lots of glitches, is super slow at times and gets stuck. When I try to make outfits from my closet it often suggests pieces I don’t own nor have entered in my closest. Then half the time it freezes and nothing happens. Please fix this app as I love my Cabi and love looking at what I have purchased to combine with other items I have in my closet. It is so brutal trying to look up things in this app I hardly do anymore. Please spend some money for a programmer who can fix these problems. ### 1/5 — Major changes are needed *2023-12-09, version 2.2.3* This App could be good for Cabi ladies who need to keep track of what they already own if it worked correctly but otherwise, it does not not do this well nor other functions I would assume a company like this could offer. My Closet- has no search function to find the item your looking for. You have to scroll through everything you have to find something. The only search, is to add a new item. My closet/Wear now- does not work. It does not find the items you own and pair them. It practically ignores half your closet. My closet/get new look- pulls the items you already own. IT TAKES SOOOOO LONG to load even the most simple pages. Even on high speed WiFi, it spins for 5 mins just to lead the home page when you first open the App. Even longer in Mt closet. Overall, this App needs a complete overhaul! ### 1/5 — Slow to load, closet inaccurate, and poor functionality *2023-10-30* As other have said, closet items disappear- or as of this week - randomly appear!! The app is slow to load and respond, errs out, or doesn’t function at all (seriously, why is it so darn hard to delete items from the closet???). This app has so much potential if it could just keep up with the times. Update: now the closet “wear now” only recommends mixing the chosen piece with items that are NOT in my closet - recommending new items only. My favorite feature was the wear now so I could see what items that I already own could go with new piece. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2023-10-27, version 2.2.3* The good: Wardrobe feature using your closet for outfit inspiration. The rest: Terrible. Pink circles of death as soon as you open the app and every time you try to look at another feature in the app! Most of the time, it simply freezes! It is very slow and it has no feature to go back, so to look at the current collection, you have to keep going back to the home button and starting completely over. My closet says it all. When the App came out, I was tickled by the possibilities. Having my closet at my fingertips tips…game changer. Having recommendations for looks helped me revive old CAbi. However, the App is slow to load, closet items appear\disappear, can’t get the looks to load, the pairing with what’s in my closet barely works anymore. Fantastic clear photos of CAbi pieces that you can add to your virtual closet with ZERO effort- no hours of taking photos and editing required unlike other apps — amazing!! Your virtual closet is stored and does NOT EVER GET REMOVED (unlike what other reviews state). Other features include tons of outfit suggestions, for both pieces you own and pieces you don’t own — and these DO get refreshed and replaced with each new CAbi season twice yearly. You can view current suggestions for matching pieces in your closet with IN season CAbi items, allowing you to continually reimagine different ways to style your current pieces. You can also view recommended pieces to buy that match CAbi items you own, and send your order through to your stylist. However, the app is very slow to load and navigate. When I try to remove an item I’ve gotten rid of and click on the “x” it opens the item. After trying multiple time it will finally ask me if I want to remove it. ### 4/5 — Don’t delete items from my closet *2022-08-11, version 2.1.9* I love Cabi and I love my closet, but I really wish the app wouldn’t remove clothes from my closet. Just because an article of clothing is 2 years old doesn’t mean I’m still not pairing it with newer pieces. The suggestions and ideas of pairing items together is very helpful and I would be willing to pay a monthly or annual fee for the app if all my purchase items could remain in my closet until I personally remove them. ### 4/5 — Nice app but could use improvements *2020-02-26, version 1.1.1* Love that my Cabi purchases are in one place, plus it’s so easy to use at the parties. Like that it shows you outfit options for what’s in your closet. Wish you could favorite outfit combos from previous seasons. Instead they wipe them clean each season and load with the new season. Some pieces that are “older” no longer have outfit options which bums me out. You can only see what new pieces will go with what you already have in the browse section but once you buy it you can’t retrieve that look. The app is so close to being perfect just a few more tweaks and it’ll be 5 stars. Another glitch is that my shopping cart will sometimes stay full even after my order has arrived. I would love if I could combine items in my closet. I love seeing pictures of CAbi models and how items are put together. I have worn outfits that I never would have put together myself. I certainly would pay a small fee to download an app that did that. ### 4/5 — Great initial concept and getting better *2018-06-13, version 1.0.2* I am having so much fun with cabi tap! It’s been great to browse the lookbook and easily add to my favorites from my tablet or phone. But my favorite feature relates to my closet. Past items I’ve purchased from cabi are matched to the current collection. I have used this to prioritize which of my favorites to purchase and also get outfit ideas. I had previously suggested cabi allow clients to add or remove items from closets within the seasonal range in the app, and that capability now has been incorporated in the latest release! It took me some time to get my closet updated but was an easy process and I love the results! Future enhancements I would love to see: Generate outfit ideas from what is in their closet, including mixing more than just the current season with one older piece. For instance, if they don’t own this season’s white zip skinny, but own the white kick it crop, show the outfit pairings with those instead. Also give clients a way to save their favorite suggested outfits for ideas rather than just as favorites. Thanks for creating this technology!
