Само приложение интуитивно непонятно. Один раз попробовал больше не буду, удалил. ### 1/5 — Исправьте недочеты *2021-03-24, version 3.0.5* К комфорту вопросов нет . Приложение сделано очень криво. Первый раз я его установил, даже зарегаться не смог, удалил, второй раз установил (после нескольких апдейтов) - не смог разместить заказ, удалил.Установил 3 раз, куча багов, но сервис такси оказался еще более-менее, не смотря на то что цена выше чем у конкурентов где уровень моб. приложения на порядок выше. 2. Сервис доставки еды максимально хреновый, заказали еду, прождали полтора часа, заказ висел в статусе «принят», в итоге пока мы не позвонили в сапорт - не узнали что ресторан закрылся на карантин. ### 1/5 — 👎🏻 *2021-01-08, version 3.0.5* Ожидали доставку с ресторана более часа, когда обратились в сапорт с вопросом что с заказом, нам сказали что его не приняли и ресторан похоже закрыт (чего в приложении не видно было). Заказ просто отменили, даже не принесли никаких извинений за данную ситуацию. Если вы хотите обслуживать людей не только как такси , вам стоит поработать над приложением и вашим сервисом в целом. Обращаться в будущем к сервису каблук отпало какое либо желание ### 1/5 — Ожидание *2020-08-20, version 3.0.4* Ожидали доставку 40 минут, после чего водитель перезвонил и сообщил что не приедет так как поставил машину на зарядку. Со слов службы поддержки водителя оштрафовали, но час времени ожидания никто не компенсирует. Более услугами данной компании пользоваться не будем. ### 2/5 — Приложение на троечку *2020-07-22, version 3.0.4* Скачал первый раз. Сообщение пришло. Скачал 2 раз - captcha и нет сообщения. Занавес. Конечно, с тем что было годами ранее - прогресс налицо, но работы еще непочатый край ### 1/5 — Новое приложение *2020-01-18, version 3.0.0* Ужасное, предыдущая версия была намного лучше. Машину невозможно вызвать на сейчас. Лучше сразу указывали время доступной машины.
