But when the cab was allocated to me it was showing that I have to pay 15 pounds for that ride. I don’t understand why is that? ### 2/5 — Irritating *2022-06-13, version 4.3.1* No apple pay integration, no wallet integration, no password integration, no touch id integration and a more irritating/stringent password policy than my bank. Ended up creating a new password that I cannot store, that is hard to memorise, and that I can all but guarantee I’ll have to reset next time I use the app. Coded by an amateur. ### 3/5 — Much nicer to use than it was but needs polish *2019-08-20, version 4.1.6* The new app is way nicer than the old one, but being unable to fill a password from my keychain or 1Password is frustrating, being unable to use Apple Pay is frustrating, and being unable to use the app from the “Rides” tab in Maps is frustrating. Unreliable and now the app won’t let you pre book. You can choose the time but then no way of confirming it. I tried a few times and keeps crashing. I deleted and reinstalled and it still crashes. I’m using an iPhone 11. They took over a perfectly good taxi firm and ruined the service. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!!! ### 1/5 — App keep closing when trying to register *2022-10-20, version 4.4.5* I’ve tried a few times to download this app. Add my phone number. Get the validation code and once I enter that the app closes and I can’t open again. ### 1/5 — AVOID if you want them to turn up on time. *2022-04-24, version 4.3.1* Awful. Prebooked with them and they called to say they were outside and they were outside a hotel 5 minutes away. When they did arrive they had no idea where we were going despite pre booking! Should have been an £8 trip and got charge £15! A week later a friend pre booked with them, despite warnings. Prebooked for 16:00 on a Sunday. We could see the driver on the map 5miles away, but they never got any closer. Waited 20mins and had to cancel and order an Uber as we had a restaurant reservation. They never called to say they’d be late! Awful service! ### 1/5 — Awful and extremely unhelpful service *2021-11-09, version 4.3.1* Recently booked a car ten days in advance. They then cancelled it the day before with no email/text notification whatsoever, I only found out when I phoned them up and asked where the car was. The guy on the phone was very unhelpful and acknowledged that they were in the wrong but there was nothing they were going to do About it. TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE ### 1/5 — Buttons in wrong place. *2018-08-25, version 2.1.2* For iPhone X the buttons are in the wrong place. I’m trying to minimise the app or select the menu and it’s booking a cab I don’t need. Looks good apart from that. Please sort out the UI and stop your drivers getting false calls that haven’t been booked. ### 2/5 — Questionable pricing *2025-03-21, version 1.5.0* Individual drivers are great but the app changes price between booking and travel so you expect one fare and are charged another. No warning that it’s going to happen.
