One formate is a watered down version of the full bill website that you can only do basic things. There is ZERO warning of a mobile deposit limit. None. “It’s in the disclosures when you opened your account Ma’am” is a TERRIBLE excuse. Terrible. Put a warning in the app. My whole check is screwed now because I wrote mobile deposit like this useless app said to. This bank is inconvenient and I regret switching.
