The app is not loading my accounts. Can not do anything on it but I’m logged in.

All of a sudden it starts whenever transacting it says System disfunction yet the transaction will have gone through. If you have repeat the transactions then you are debited multiple times. Very unexpected from a subsidiary of Old mutual 😡😡😡😡

I can’t open the app it just crashes open and closes as soon as it’s opened tried reinstalling no luck... and it supposed to work on my phone. Used to work on my tablet.

I have downloaded the new upgraded banking app and still cannot get any further than putting in my phone number!

Does anybody test app before release to ensure it works. For your information it does not. You get as far as putting in your mobile number and can’t enter. So how do you proceed. Very frustrating 😡
