I’ve been a player for a long time; I play a lot but I hardly ever get free play or food vouchers and when I do usually it’s just $5-$10 if lucky $20 My friends get $50-$100 sometimes $200 I should be getting high fee plays too! ### 1/5 — Chinese restaurant *2022-02-21, version 3.0.37* The Filipino manager doesn’t know how to tslk to customers. We waited for almost one hr in line and people coming from know where comes in when we complain this manager said we can go in other resto to eat because this people are JADE and spend hours playing. But how does it work because we are in the lowest type of players card we cannot go eat. You need to teach your employee etiquette on how to approach your gamblers. I forgot the name of the resto its the one by the entrance door. I don’t have complain with your other employees they are friendly n helpful. So, i logged out of the app, updated the app from the App Store, then attempted to login using my credentials. And now I can’t login! I get an error message stating “unable to get player balance info at this time”.
