One suggestion is to have access to the bank router number somewhere in the account information. The appearance of the website is very out of date and I tried to do very little banking online with CVB. Users have to log out and try 5 times before you get lucky and the accounts show up on the drop down. Their in-branch service is incredible. However I have never worked with a more technologically inept institution. Their online tools are 2000’s tech at best. They completely lack BASIC banking functionality like transfers to other banks, online bill pay and other basic services for my business. Every other bank I have used has these services available to personal and business accounts. As nice and friendly as their staff are, I don’t have the time to go withdraw cash and deposit it elsewhere every time I need to move money.
