It’s a full version, free with ads, but you can pay a small, one time amount (under $6) for ad-free! The write up states that it is a PROFESSIONAL 3D CAD app, meaning that it assumes you have actual CAD training. Otherwise the learning curve is quite steep. The “tutorials” are more like demonstrations of what the app can do, as they don’t teach features, and the videos use a version with Chinese characters. But if you’re determined to figure it out, you’ll be able to do some amazing things.
