Like everything such a hassle to return. They promise updates to fix. At first the record button wouldn’t work not the app is junk. I give up

This app does not work as advertised. The app does not control the camera as claimed. We contacted them about this multiple times. After informing them their solution did not work and repeatedly asking for a refund and return shipping information, the company stopped responding. It then alleged falsely to my credit card company that I had not returned the product. I highly recommend against this company and their product. I question whether it is even a legitimate company and if the positive reviews are real. Don’t buy this!

Downloaded the app. Followed instructions-unable to input DOB. Serial number is NOT located on front of device and unable to locate anywhere. Tried typing in number shown on the box barcode …. that didn’t work. Typed in what I thought was the Activation Code ….. it didn’t work. No Customer Service toll free number on my purchase receipt to call for help. I still am unable to register this device. Very frustrated.

Don’t waste your money another Mickey Mouse widget. I tried emailing because I can’t even connect to the app using the activation code, no response. So basically I can’t use it.

The app doesn’t even keep your videos, it won’t start up, it has an error that you can’t take off and on top of that what ever video you save on your phone it won’t play 

Don’t buy unless there is a huge update and improvement to the product. You pay for the remote and app pretty much

Bought this product and expected better quality for the price. The tripod is made of plastic. The clamp for the phone has rubber inserts that fall out and the clamp presses the volume button when in the horizontal position. The tripod even with the spike in the ground is not very sturdy. The App is not reliable and the remote is useless as you have to literally be within 3’ of phone for it to work. Had to restart app several times to get everything to sync up. Within 30 minutes of having the product I knew this was not what I thought I had bought. Requesting a return and refund was more than an effort than it need to be.  Not recommend.

Zero stars.  The remote does not work, the app crashed and lost all of videos and the tripod is not stable, falls over with slightest breeze.   Contacted customer service and they said “ I sent your case to our management team but unfortunately they reviewed and told me that the cause for your return are not valid for a refund”.  Product is a sham. Don’t buy

Bought the Caddie View to practice my golf swing and was very excited for it to arrive. I even paid for second day shipping - which took 4 days but not the point here - when it arrived I tried to sign up for the app. It got to the page where you register your caddie view to allow you access to the app and neither the QR code nor the serial number worked. I’ve contacted support through their website and am hoping there is a fix otherwise I bought a really expensive tripod.
