We loved the personalized newborn blanket for photos, the onesies in the most adorable and diverse patterns, the matching headbands, the mommy and me sets, and the trendy and cute as can be bathing suits!! We love Caden Lane so much that we take part in the monthly subscription to receive a cute onesie each month! They are stiff and not soft as in other caden lane items i have purchased in the past. I am so disappointed in the custom items I purchased (Heaven Sent and First Grandbaby) and the fact I cannot return them, I will not be purchasing another item from this store. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2025-12-19, version 5.21* Advertised free shipping in app, wasn’t allowing free shipping so I emailed them over 24 hours later they email back and so I then respond that it’s still not working to which they say that the deal is no longer available. Clearly it was never available or I wouldn’t have had to email in the first place. The last email I sent (36 hours) after the initial ask for help was a screenshot of it not working to which they sent back to me to show me that I took that at the current time once the deal had expired. Would love to know why I would have wasted my time emailing in the first place if it was working.
