## What is Cadence?

Cadence guides slow breathing at your own resonance pace and keeps a blood pressure log alongside it.

Log a reading before and after a session and Cadence shows you the change. Over time you get 7-day and 30-day averages, a trend chart, and a one-page PDF you can hand to your doctor — the summary they actually ask for.

• Sessions paced to the breathing rate you choose during setup • 8-week programme, starting at 5 minutes and building to 15 • Readings staged automatically (Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2) • Very high readings prompt you to seek medical care • Everything stays on your device. No account, nothing collected.

Cadence is a breathing practice tool to use alongside your care plan. It is not a treatment, does not diagnose, and is not a substitute for medical advice. Never change medication without speaking to your doctor.
