## What is Cadence?

Cadence Tasks is a task and project manager for people who organise their own work. Buy once, use forever: no account, no subscription, no ads, no tracking.

CAPTURE FIRST, PLAN SECOND
Everything new lands in the Inbox. From there you sort: Today for the day, Upcoming for a date, Anytime for whatever has no deadline, Someday for ideas that can wait. The Today list separates day and evening and shows how full your day already is, based on your own effort estimates.

PROJECTS AND AREAS
A project groups tasks toward a goal and always shows the progress. Headings split larger efforts into phases such as preparation, execution and follow-up. Areas like Work or Personal group several projects so the sidebar stays readable.

CAPTURED IN ONE SENTENCE
Type "send report friday !!!" and Cadence picks up the Friday and the high priority. Use @Tag for labels and #Project to file it straight away. You see what was recognised before you save.

NOTHING GETS LOST
Deleted tasks go to the trash. When you delete a project or an area you decide whether the tasks inside stay or go with it — and you can take the step back.

Cadence Tasks keeps everything on your device and syncs through your private iCloud between iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. There is no vendor server, no sign-up and no behavioural analysis.

The app deliberately starts empty — with a short introduction instead of somebody else's sample tasks you would have to clear out first.
