• Before you start a test, say whether it's for you or for your group.
• During the run, tap an athlete's name the moment they stop. Their stage is recorded.
• At the end, all your athletes are listed. Fix a stage, or fill in anyone you didn't have time to note.
• Export the PDF report right away, one page per athlete.

The session screen now adapts to large groups, plus a few display fixes in light mode.
