- This recurring transaction will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. It will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of your subscription.

I made a withdrawal a week ago and still no update on where my money is. There is no support line anywhere and the support chat does not work in the app. Is this company still around? Can someone answer me on when I will get my money?!

Update: took over 2 weeks to get my withdrawal. Was able to get in contact about it and took multiple emails. They said my PayPal wasn’t set up but i have had an account for years. After responding that I have an account, my withdrawal came in right away. If I didn’t pester, no one was going to tell me anything.

Cadoo is a good way to get fit while also making money. About a year ago, the app had a feature where there were contests for free , with no stakes and so you can just get fit and compete with your friends. That was when I first downloaded the app and when I redownloaded it today, I was looking for the free contests like before but they had all been deleted. Those contests were the reason I liked the app so much when I had first downloaded it. However the app still isn’t bad, it’s a good way to motivate yourself to keep getting gains, it’s just I’m confused as to why they had removed the free contests.

The app is pretty good. It has more than just walking like all the other apps, so I’m able to motivate myself to do stuff like push ups and sit ups, but sometimes when I do the exercises, they say I did less than I actually did, none at all, or just straight up not count the exercise and I want the option to see the reason. There were multiple times where they wouldn’t count my reps, and that can also be motivation for me to do more, but I want to know why my reps weren’t counted and fix that. It’s pretty frustrating when the work you put in means nothing.

Our AI computervision cannot count reps that are done in a dark environment or when you are not completely in frame of the video. I was previously forced to submit a 1 star review for this app despite greatly enjoying it both in premise and practice.

But they’ve since fixed their payment problems! It takes a couples days still but after seeing legitimate transaction out I couldn’t recommend the app more 👍
