Won’t load multiple times. When it did, it froze constantly

We visit a lot of museums and use the museums' apps for audio tours, etc. I have never encountered an experience like this, where I have to download the app and then, in addition, pay for the audio tour. This is in addition to museum tickets that are pricier than most. Ridiculous.
