This one’s the best but it logs me out all the time. Sometimes I have a parlay that looks great and it doesn’t let me push it through. Annoying but still the best one we have in Vegas. ### 3/5 — App restart *2023-11-10* App constantly crashing, u can’t live parlay in game props because app crashes or drop down arrow collapses and uncollapsing so u can’t see odds or pick a player. No Alt lines on basketball at all which is trash! 🤦🏽‍♂️ but something is better than nothing ### 4/5 — Great app but no Bonuses *2023-11-05* I love the interface, the ease of making live bets, and being able to watch games in the app. However there are very little to no bonuses offered to Nevadans sadly. You get a 10% parlay boosts once in a while but there’s so many restrictions to it it’s not worth much. You also get recommended parlays with a profit boost but they rarely give out a win when you pick those. Overall a great app but they need give us some bonuses like a risk free bet, or a deposit match every once in a while like the competition does. ### 3/5 — Antiquated Vegas books *2023-11-05* I’m glad that Caesar’s updated the app; it’s a good attempt to catch up with the rest of the country. But the app is still so limited and skewed compared to what major books offer outside of Vegas. They have come a long way; but are still light years behind what other books outside of Vegas offer. Buyer beware! Be prepared for inflated lines, and numbers on props and than of course not being allowed to bet certain combos; because the books are scared that you might actually win. Outside of Vegas I can bet more; have thousands of more lines to sift threw and I can parlay anything I want. Caesar’s is still the best in Vegas but very limited and they control the market. It makes the selection very easy for Sport’s Bets, and the deposit process is more friendly than other sports betting applications. The only two things I wish it had now were cash out feature and the progressive parlays they had last year! But, with that said, the progressive parlays were the only bets I placed here last year, I used Boyd for all my other bets! This app takes the guessing out of the equation. I say what I want to bet, and I know immediately weather the pay out is worth it or not. It felt weird going into a sports book just to take a selfie during sign up. But it was a 1 time thing and I have been making mobile bets ever since. I love it and recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to have to go to a casino to put your sports bets in. ### 5/5 — Great Improvement!! *2023-09-23* The new Nevada app is light years better than the old app. It made no sense on why the apps for other states was so much different. I have every sportsbook app in the state of Nevada and the customer service here is atrocious. Also, bet with caution as they will occasionally flip home/road teams and will intentionally show the wrong scores on live wagering. They’ll also switch the boxes on live over/under on player props to under/over, which to me is very sneaky. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback. Even when it was working earlier today it’s the slowest app I’ve ever used, sometimes glitching and stopping me from seeing the login menu. Just a copied version of draftkings without the same variety of wagers. Every time you click on a drop down menu it just constantly disappears. Takes forever just to view one list of bets because you have to keep going back into it. Customer service is horrendous. Good thing they won’t let out of state sportsbooks into Nevada because William Hills customer base would disappear like their wagering menu does. ### 1/5 — Super Laggy and No support *2023-09-10* Worst betting app. It lags every few seconds and takes forever to log anything. Can’t ever see my bets without a prompt and logs in and out randomly. The withdrawal process is convoluted and drawn out and deposits are absolutely atrocious with the wait time of processing. You would think they would try to keep up with the app better but apparently not. Then couldn’t log in, so told to delete app and reinstall. This is the worst of them all. Tried registering a few times at Ceasars in person and the final part of the signup doesn’t go through. To make it worst, the “employees” who work at Ceasars Sportsbook at Ceasars Palace have no idea how to trouble shoot the app. Very unengaged and lack basic acumen where I doubt they’d know how to run a fast food cashier, much less, a highly regulated sports book. **Developer response:** We're sorry that our sportsbook app didn't meet your expectations. I have to delete the app and redownload to see the board. Not to mention the staff at the sportsbook are very rude and look miserable to be working there. I got a simple $20 bonus from signing up with Caesars Rewards and they were hesitant to add the bonus to my account since they said that takes like 30 minutes. Why offer a bonus if you struggle to activate it? Caesar’s app is extremely easy to learn and use. I like that it so conveniently tracks betting history and current available balance. I really enjoy the multiple options for in-play wagers.
