(1) removed an unused round timer from game setup that testers found confusing since it didn't affect gameplay, and (2) reordered the "Cards Left in Hand (penalties)" inputs so players' 7's and Aces are entered first, followed by (4,5,6), (8–K), (2's), and Jokers — matching how testers naturally tally cards. Both changes reduced data-entry errors and sped up scoring without altering game rules or design.
