Cafe Gear Log keeps a real maintenance schedule for every piece of gear: it reminds you when each item is due for a descale, a backflush, or a parts change, and exports a clean PDF service history (your gear's service passport) whenever you need proof of care.

Built for cafe owners, baristas, espresso technicians, and serious home enthusiasts who want their gear to last — and to prove it has been looked after. No account to create, nothing behind a paywall — maintenance is the whole app, not a locked side feature.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
