## What is Cafe Measurer?

Good coffee begins with the right measurement. Cafe Measurer turns a compatible kitchen scale into a fast, focused brewing companion that keeps up from the first bean to the final pour.

Cafe Measurer is designed for the Reflex RX402b scale, or the Super Egg Grader Scale. Turn on the scale and the app automatically starts listening for its measurements. There is no pairing ritual, account, recipe feed, or clutter standing between you and your coffee.

Coffee cues that keep up with your pour:

- Hear pleasant rising tones as the scale reaches your selected targets.
- Choose a cue every 25, 30, 50, or 60 grams.
- Try the 3 pour method for a 40-gram bloom, a second target at 180 grams, and a final target at 300 grams.
- Select None whenever you want a quiet cup.

Measurements made accessible:

- Hear deliberate VoiceOver updates as the weight changes.
- Hear the settled measurement when the scale reports a stable weight.
- Get concise feedback when you use the physical tare button.
- Read a large, high-contrast measurement that supports Dynamic Type and enlarged accessibility text.
- Navigate native controls in a straightforward screen order.

Ready beyond the coffee bar:

- Measure in grams, kilograms, ounces, or pounds.
- Convert weight to milliliters or fluid ounces for water, vegetable oil, milk, and heavy cream.
- Choose which units appear in the main picker so your everyday choices stay close at hand.
- Keep your selected unit and pour interval between sessions.

Make the counter your own with System, Light, or Dark appearance, accessible number colors, and a choice of number fonts. System appearance follows the active setting on your device. Dark mode adds a subtle glow inspired by a digital scale, while light mode keeps the display crisp and easy to read.

Cafe Measurer works on iPhone and iPad in portrait or landscape orientation and requires iOS or iPadOS 18.0 or later.

No accounts. No advertising. No analytics. No tracking. Measurements, preferences, VoiceOver updates, and pour tones are processed locally on your device.

Cafe Measurer was made blind-first for anyone who wants less app and more coffee.
