Game  doesn’t look like pictures in ads. And also a customer as checked out and the screen is frozen that the customer stands there not paying an I can’t collect the money.  Game froze. I don’t have shelves like in the pictures in ads

Game doesn’t even work at all, as soon as you open the game it just shows the same picture as the icon and you can’t do anything
