The app needs to be refined.  It was difficult to find my order to see if it went through and I can’t print a receipt from the receipts page.  At least if the receipt was on one page I could use a screenshot but I have to scroll down three pages to get to the bottom.

Every order I’ve placed through the catering app gets cancelled. I get an order confirmation email, and then the morning of my event I get a “the system was unable to process your order” email. It does save your order, so you can call it in, but it doesn’t actually allow you to successfully order anything.

Confused why the zupas website has online ordering, but the app only allows you to place catering orders? The app seems functional otherwise.

Most restaurant apps allow for individual orders. Why not your app? I know- online ordering is available for individual orders, but only through Cafe Zupas’ website.

The app has what you look for In a food app for ease of order-
Has easy order feature where you can make something your “favorite”
Saves your card 
Looks for what’s nearest to you
Allows you to schedule pickup time OR select ASAP and tells you that time frame
Drops gifts randomly 
Has reorder feature so that your “favorite” can be ordered in 3 clicks and you’re on the app for less than 30 seconds
You can also TRACK YOUR FOOD IF IT IS BEING DELIVERED hello why not get this?! 
Grab and go feature allows you to not wait in the line or interact with anyone if that’s your desire
