For what it offers, this is one of the most cumbersome and amateur apps going. Skip stop and reschedule functionality never works. Back office is poorly designed and app is constantly churns away updating when you need to use it. Developer rarely responds to feedback submitted via internal feedback option. Overall a frustrating experience

After a few days, notifications stop working. I have to delete and reinstall the app. Surely this can be fixed? It’s been happening for many months and already mentioned by other reviewers.

The app generally works fine but on a regular basis it randomly stops sending notifications when the coffee van says it’s arrived. The only way I can resolve this is to delete the app and reinstall it. Despite sending feedback through the app months ago, nothing has changed. Note to app developers: wake up and listen to customer feedback!

This app lets you know when your driver will arrive so you don’t miss out on your coffee hit for the day… however notifications are sketchy, meaning often the app stops popping up with notifications and you miss the driver.

I’ve been using the Cafe2U app for a while now, and it’s a game-changer! Super easy to use, and I love how I can pre-order my favourite coffee and track my local van’s arrival. The convenience is unmatched, and the coffee is always top quality. A must-have for anyone who loves great coffee on the go. Highly recommend!
