They won’t respond to my complaints about using points or the supposed coupons on coffee?? The stores solution is to order the coffee in store. The App Store says birthday reward, I didn’t receive anything on my birthday. The last app you got rewarded for 10 visits as well as $100 spend, the part of the app that I think is for the 10 visits does not move along, so not sure what that is about. Initially when I switched to the app I did receive coupons, now I’m unclear on how you get them, as I haven’t earnt another. Can you please publicise how the program works.
