It seems pretty useless that you don’t seem to have a working app. You can not redeem the points to get discounts on coffee when I use grab & bolt. They won’t respond to my complaints about using points or the supposed coupons on coffee?? The stores solution is to order the coffee in store. But that is the whole point of using the app on the way to work 🤦🏻‍♂️

It’s absolutely ridiculous that you need to download the app to order from them. Considering that the majority of your customers are of the older generation. So I downloaded the app and waited for the verification code and waited. It finally came through after I went to the counter and ordered.

I visit Cafe 63 often, I’m unclear on how the rewards program works, I can’t locate any rules. The App Store says birthday reward, I didn’t receive anything on my birthday. The last app you got rewarded for 10 visits as well as $100 spend, the part of the app that I think is for the 10 visits does not move along, so not sure  what that is about. Initially when I switched to the app I did receive coupons, now I’m unclear on how you get them, as I haven’t earnt another. Can you please publicise how the program works. I love visiting, I would also love to love your app, just need some clarity on the perks.
