When I first downloaded the app, it would open for a second and then immediately close every time, so I couldn’t use it at all. all. I reached out to support, and they were incredibly helpful. They actually took the time to investigate the issue, kept me updated, and let me know that they had a fix ready. After updating the app, everything worked good. Thank you to the whole team for the great support!

I had been using this app for over a year. Great way to make a little extra cash and honestly really fun surveys that make you think. However, randomly about a month ago, it kicked me out and I’m not sure what exactly happened. Now when I try to get in it says that “Cafeteria is full at the moment” which I’m confused by since I already have an account?

It has been several months since I’ve been able to make a transaction and I’ve tried various means of contacting support. The in app contact option does not work. I haven’t received any response to my emails and I’m unable to DM on instagram. This is unacceptable. I have $20 just trapped in the app that I can’t withdrawal and haven’t received any help whatsoever.
