I don’t feel that it is user-friendly, it doesn’t show the steps on your dashboard on the app, it has to connect you to view online which is frustrating. It would be nice to see your steps as soon as you clicked on logged in. I just don’t like it’s all. It needs to have appleHeath under devices or Apple Watch. Improve this app. ### 2/5 — Logging of items has a bug *2020-07-22, version 3.5.5* The logging has a bug— when logging on one category, it jumps to another category that I didn’t click. I like the app better without the web interface. It seems the previous app a couple of years ago or last year works better than this new version. ### 1/5 — Total Garbage *2020-05-01, version 3.5.2* I like the concept of using this app to track progress and earn money towards your insurance. The issue is, the app is unusable. There are no activities available. I had to create a custom one. Then, I have to log my steps in manually. I tried to do that, but after I entered my steps and hit the log it button, it did nothing. Tried rebooting app several times to no avail. ### 1/5 — Ridiculously Difficult to Use *2020-04-08, version 3.5.2* You would think that an app that employers use to work with employee health would be easier to work through. This is the slowest, most problematic app to use. Not everything is listed on the home page so you can find what you need and you often have to dig for it. We have had to use CafeWell through our work for a number of years now and it has never been easy to use. It is just down right awful. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2020-01-06, version 3.5.0* It worked fine last year. This year it lags a lot, glitches, server doesn’t respond so can’t log your progress. It also drops the videos all the time. Last year I was able to log my progress right through the app now it just says “go to website” which defeats the purpose of the app. Poor app. Needs serious update. ### 3/5 — Does not automatically reflect 4/4 for Biometrics *2019-11-27, version 3.4.3* There seems to be a glitch where after Biometrics screening is complete, it does not show 4/4 unless I sign up for Coaching. When maintenance was done on the site I was unable to access and finish. I went back and finished them but didn’t receive credit for them. ### 3/5 — CANNOT OPEN ARTICLES *2019-09-20, version 3.4.3* I use to love this app a lot because of how easy it is to log activity, and the short and very informative articles it provided for each challenge. Unfortunately, I am having difficulties opening the articles now for any activity I participate in. I used my computer and phone, but the article is blank with just the title showing. I downloaded the app holding that would solve the problem, but the articles are the same, no information given, just the title of the article. PLEASE FIX! I really loved those articles. They helped me become healthier and gave great tips! ### 1/5 — Not user Friendly *2019-08-21, version 3.4.2* I find this app difficult to use. Also my reward points do not calculate timely. It takes forever for your reward points to show if they ever even show. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2019-06-20, version 3.4.0* I was happy to see the app as my provider sent me however, when trying to answer the questions I was unable to read them as they were cut off. There was no way to scroll over to read them and I was unable to progress further. I’m quite disappointed. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2019-05-14, version 3.4.0* Words cannot describe the extreme irritation I feel using this app. We are required to use it to earn points for our wellness program. No problem, I love new tracking systems and find them motivating. Is there any government agency investigate to see how widespread this issue is? ### 1/5 — The beginning of the end! *2021-11-05, version 3.5.10* Not sure what exactly happened but it’s going downhill fast! It used to be a great app! Now after login the programs don’t show up, an error appears “cannot show your programs”. No matter how many times you close, login and it’s all the same! Please fix it! A month later still no changes! Page with my programs is still not available! ### 1/5 — One of the worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of using *2021-08-11, version 3.5.10* Don’t even bother with this app. More security verifications than Fort Knox and when you finally get it open - nothing is there. My employer opted for this useless app after dropping Virgin Pulse last year. I don’t know why - it’s probably cheaper would be my guess - but remember you get what you pay for. ### 1/5 — Redeeming points is very difficult if it works *2021-07-28, version 3.5.10* Been trying to contact cdphp and CaféWell due to error messages I am receiving when trying to cash out my points. No response in a week and counting. Also, the redeeming box is almost hidden at the bottom of the page. It should be a header. ### 1/5 — Terrible app. *2021-03-07, version 3.5.8* This Apple not work at all with my Google pixel four. All it does is white screen and crash. It is much worse than the previous app my employer used for wellness. You can’t seem to get it to give you points for anything. ### 1/5 — Poor program *2021-02-19, version 3.5.8* Doing National Parks- CaféWell won’t sync With Fitbit Versa 2 so I manually enter my steps. Some days I get an error and I can’t Enter my steps. I create a ticket and get a reply that it’s repaired but I still get an error message. The current week works then it happens again! My first account worked fine Until CDPHP changed my account and stopped my CaféWell. So I had to start over. If this isn’t resolved I’ll lose my challenge which never happened before during steps program. I tried another program and it does open. Support want me to use Google Chrome which shouldn’t be required. ### 1/5 — Signing back in to the Portal Wellness is , not possible , it is either false password or E-Mail,, *2021-01-07, version 3.5.8* each time it is a long problem, always have to change password and that is a one time use, I put in a my old password, then I am told that is my old password, That I can’t use. Only get an error message with no information as to why it won’t sync. No programs appear. Am not able to add programs. Resources and Communities don’t load. Non of the screens look as depicted on the App Store. It’s wonderful because as you learn and work at different programs you get dollar reward gift cards for different stores.
