I have been waking up in the middle of the night for quite some time. I didn’t ever realize how much caffeine was still in my system. This helped me adjust my intake so that it wouldn’t affect my sleep. 👍🏻👍🏻

I didn't realize how much late caffeine was affecting my sleep. This app makes it easy to see when caffeine is still active and helps me plan my coffee without overthinking it. The design is clean, and the logging is quick. Highly recommended!

I’m someone who has always been mindful of my caffeine intake, but have largely just gone off vibes or general rules of thumb to avoid soda too late in the afternoon etc. and generally that’s been fine for me. Caff Conscious is a fantastic tool for me to add more rigor to my mindfulness. Sleek and interface and intuitive to log drinks. I appreciate the ability to document the duration over which a drink occurs.
