How can Starbucks be so good when cafe Nero has the worst possible way to find stores. I ordered at the wrong location after what I thought I was ordering at the same spot. It doesn’t remember where you ordered from. The cappuccino is always perfect, and the croissants are fresh and delicious—exactly what you need to start the day right. What really makes this place special, though, is the wonderful team. I would especially like to thank Simona and Kiran. They are always welcoming, kind, and genuinely friendly. No matter how busy it gets, they serve everyone with a smile and create such a warm and positive atmosphere. Their professionalism and positive energy make a real difference, and they are a big reason why I keep coming back every day. It’s rare to find service like this, and it deserves to be recognised.
