There is no good chat log so if you do not catch a bubbler you’ll miss a response. Also the videos can be questionable in quality. Lots of artifacts and low frame-rate. I updated the app to the current version and it worked. But it’s still buggy. I can’t see what I type to leave comments. Sometimes it won’t allow me to leave comments. ### 2/5 — Comment Section bugging out… *2021-10-21, version 6.0.4* Love the app, easy to use, navigate, etc… my only problem is, when i am watching things live, EVERYTIME i attempt to leave a comment, when pressing “send” the entire comment secrion DISAPPEARS & I’m not able to see any more comments unless i close and re-open the app… Even after closing and re-opening, if i choose to comment, the EXACT same thing will happen AGAIN… please release a patch update to fix this, i have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and i have deleted and installed the app multiple times. For example, I wish I was able to pull up a stream on my laptop or Xbox and watch it. I personally don’t like to watch streams on my phone, which is why I usually use other apps that I can watch comfortably on my TV. As we grow we will be adding more platforms. ### 4/5 — Not going on caffeine and not eligible at this time *2020-09-06, version 5.6.5* Want to go on the app it will I think it was good but I was signing up and then it said that I wasn’t eligible to sign up at this time I was freaked out and then I tried writing a review but so I just got out I was just trying to make it a four because I wasn’t eligible so if you haveThishappen I suggest making a review ### 2/5 — Somewhat good app *2020-06-26, version 5.5.1* Downloaded the app it was somewhat good and then it signed me out one day so I contacted the support team and they said that they warned me multiple times for breaking there guidelines and on top of that they never sent me an email post message saying I had broke there rules and I world have been glad to stop whatever it was that I was doing but I wasn’t informed. So now I was informed that I can’t make any more accounts in the app and that is honestly stupid. There support team is trash because they never issued a statement of any type regarding me braking the guidelines so over all the app is great but they need to get better support service because it is so trash. I would love to stop whatever it was that I was doing and watch some of my favorite people that I used to watch but they will not unban me. It is also confusing in my opinion. I like what the does for all the small boys in the world. I was watching this guy though, and I couldn’t read his chat. I said, “ you should change her chat color because I can’t read it half the time.” To which he reply’s with, “ I Can’t “..... I think that allowing people to change the color of the chat would make it a lot easier for the people to read. BTW the chat I can’t read is on the screen not the chat in the 4x box. So needless to say, it was a waste of time, money,and really bummed I missed the game! But at least the other games were streaming, and to be honest, the streaming quality range from anywhere between NFL status and Nokia flip phone. I’m unable to watch anything because the app crashes or freezes after a couple minutes of watching. This happened every single time I’ve ever used the app. It has updated multiple times and nothing helps. ### 1/5 — Not Worth it at all!! *2022-07-21, version 7.0.15* Caffeine is the worst streaming app ever, when I first streamed on caffeine, not gonna lie I was really psyched, because I heard that I can make money from this app, and I’m gonna say its a scam DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FROM THIS, I wish this app never existed in the first place, I completely felt for it, this app will never ever compete with twitch, and no wonder why this app is so unnoticeable. So please I ask of you to please stay away from caffeine, I'm Warning You, you’re gonna will regret it ### 1/5 — Url needs to drop caffeine *2022-05-22, version 7.0.6* Url needs to do better. Caffeine stay messing up lagging, bugging and slowing down on live feed. They cant handle big events and high traffic. As long as url has been with caffeine the content only works probably 15 percent of the time. Thats well over a 100 battles and only 5 clean cards. I will no longer support this or the url app for that matter if this is there way to promote the app. There are other ways to watch the battles next day and cleaner and clear quality than in real time ### 1/5 — Too many notifications but not the right ones *2021-04-29, version 5.7.2* I keep getting notifications for things I am not following despite having the app set to only notify me when someone I follow goes live. Interestingly, I never get notified when someone I'm following goes live. I also kept getting emails constantly even though I unsubscribed every time I got one. I ended up having to change the email attached to my account because unsubscribing never worked. ### 1/5 — Quite literally stole my money *2020-10-12, version 5.6.7* Went on this app to watch someone who usually streams on twitch. I try spending 10 bucks on “gold” so i can send a cheer emote to the streamer, apple says the purchase is successful but the gold doesn’t show up. I thought i was a visual glitch so i try sending the emote and it says i don’t have any gold. I check my account and it actually took the money from my apple account and gave me nothing in return. Broken app, just use twitch instead it’s much better ### 1/5 — Will Not Login Anymore (Updated 9/19) *2020-09-19, version 5.6.6* I signed up for an account to watch URL Genesis and that stream was a disaster. I kept my account with hopes that it would get better; however, today I noticed the app logged me out & I could not get back into my account even after resetting the password. I literally would have to make a new account just to use this app. 9/19 Still having the same issues. Reset my password & still can’t get in. They raised $113 Million in funding & still can’t fix a minor issue after 9 months. Now I’m going to miss Summer Madness X because I can’t do something as simple as logging into the app. If you are a fan of battle rap it’s better to just download the URL TV app and pay $8/month than to waste your time on Caffeine. ### 1/5 — Not being to even get in because I’m apparently not age appropriate *2020-05-13, version 5.3.2* Honestly I saw how many good ratings it got and I saw stuff about it and that some of my favorite youtubers would be live on there but when it said I wasn’t at the right age the made me a bit sad and mad because I thought it would be nice to try out because a lot of things that look fun but you have to put your birthday in and says your not the right age just like really even though you look at it and it looks okay for someone like me I’m just not even able to get fun apps because of this reason anymore... **Developer response:** Typically that message is there when you input an age under 13 as your birthday. They kicked me out while I was watching a live event because I made a comment saying caffeine promised something they can’t possibly deliver. And 5 seconds later I was kicked out of all the app function not just the one streaming Channel I was watching. That’s not only irresponsible it’s unprofessional and they need to be held accountable for what they did. I was patiently watching there glitchy service for over an hour for them to kick me off is disappointed and disrespectful. I would never advise anyone to use their app ever again. ### 1/5 — Promoted URL Genesis event - NOT EVEN WORKING *2020-02-29, version 5.1.1* I was interested in what this app offered because of the promotion of this particular event . Told all my friends and we even got together to watch. But this stream is not showing audio— then won’t have visual.. then won’t work at all! I’m seeing multiple comments stressing the same issue and disappointment.
